MEET STEVE & PHIL
Our personal service means speaking to the people behind the company, Steve or Phil. With over 30 years experience between them, their technical knowledge is unrivalled in the industry.
Phil has worked in the underfloor heating industry for over 16 years, this has involved hosting BPEC (British Plumbing Employers Council) accredited training courses in Warm Water Underfloor Design and Warm Water Underfloor Installation across the UK. Having visited most of the large manufacturing operations across Europe he offers an extensive knowledge in product selection and has chosen quality and reliability, rather than cost-led solutions for Black Underfloor.
Steve has been an installer of underfloor heating for over 14 years, from previously being a screed contractor and a construction manager. Steve understands the importance of asking the right questions before an order is placed so the correct products are supplied to prevent costly on-site
delays. His experience is also invaluable when it comes to practical installation advice.
